It is very important to us to offer women’s Jiu Jitsu classes. Here, women can sign up and know they’ll receive specialized training in an environment that is safe and comfortable. The skills taught in this program can help you achieve anything!
Self-Defense Focus
This program is designed for women to feel confident in their abilities to defend themselves. We prepare students with a variety of skills, techniques, and strategies they can use in the real world with confidence. Our training prepares them to find a way to avoid conflict but have the tools to use force if necessary.
Defeating Bigger Opponents
With our emphasis on self-defense training, our main mission is providing ways to defeat bigger opponents. Most of the time, any self-defense situation will involve someone who is strong and/or big. You’ll be equipped with the skills to take down someone who, on the surface, may seem unbeatable, but won’t have the tools you have to win or flee the situation.
Comfortable Training Experience
We know that some women aren’t comfortable with training Jiu Jitsu around men. That’s why this training environment is completely women-only. With a woman instructor, you will enter a space with like-minded individuals who understand your reasoning and thoughts about learning to defend yourself.
